and you never answered my question, should we limit votes to registered users only or allow guests to vote?

Guest (someone from Florida Protons, possibly originating from Jax, FL)

For Yes:
El Meester (FSU)

Guest (someone in tallahassee, comcast subscriber originating from timberlane)
Guest (someone in tallahassee, embarq subscriber originating from blairstone)

So log in to vote people, should I make another poll whether or not we should accept Guest votes? We can restrict to registered users only… we need more ST subscribers though

*Currently voting is open to registered users AND guests; guests are logged by IP/cookie so they would be able to vote more than once from multiple computadoras
