There is a subtle clue as to who might have done the flagging. (I am aware I already admitted to it, but I just caught this.) A tall, white male with a backwards FSU hat can be seen in the mirror above the sink darting to the back of the house, just as Bill is covering his junk and pulling his shorts up. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.
