The new party spot is Mexico!  I guess it already was a party spot, but the country recently decriminalized small amounts of drugs, including everyone’s favorites, cocaine and heroin.  Sweet.  I’m assuming the thought process behind this is now the the police can focus on the violent drug cartels that, if you’ve been following the news, have killed thousands of people.  As you all may remember, I’m all for drug laws like these, but I am not for the killing of people.

In a related story, 90% of our money has blow on it!  At first, this led me to believe that a whole lot of people have been tron-partying, but after reading up a little, I found out that the powder spreads in ATM machines and bill counters and such.  Boo.  But hold on a second, an article linked to on the Slate page informs me that use has risen recently.  Wait a minute… cocaine use rises during a recession?!  That isht is expensive, man!  Oh yeah, cocaine IS a helluva drug.
